For those that enjoy “man’s and woman’s best friend,” Baton Rouge Pet Friendly Apartments are a great place to play.

Restricted breeds are allowed provided the animal has been Certified (proof required) Canine Good Citizen (CGC) from the American Kennel Club.

Breed Restrictions. No aggressive breeds shall be permitted unless approved. Aggressive breeds are identified by the National Center for Disease Control and include but are not limited to:Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, Pit Bull Type, Husky-Type, Alaskan Malamute

• Proof of approximate. age, must be one year old or older and shots must be provided by licensed professional
• No Weight Limit
• Proof of Renter’s Insurance with Liability Coverage
• Community visit  prior to move in date and photograph of pet required

We currently do not accept puppies but would consider upon completion of this course AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program!
